Tuition
The annual tuition costs listed below are divided evenly over 11 months with the first payment occurring on August 1, 2024 and the final payment occurring on June 1, 2025. The annual tuition includes the summer camp sessions if your family would like to participate. The summer camp sessions are not mandatory weeks for the children to attend, please know that the annual tuition cost will not be adjusted for weeks where the children do not attend school.
The tuition costs include before and after school care for families who need an extended day. The school day begins at 8:30 am and ends at 3:15 pm. For families who need before/after care, children may arrive at school beginning at 7:30 am and must be picked up before and no later than 5:00 pm. Late pick-up fees will be applied.

Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School offers enrollment based on an annual agreement which follows the School Calendar (August-July). Tuition payments begin on August 1st, families who have enrolled for the entire school year and who have paid their annual tuition in full will not receive a tuition invoice in the month of July.
Mid-year enrollment may be available based on program availability. The annual tuition will be prorated based on the months remaining in the school year. Families who enroll mid-year will begin monthly payment upon enrollment and continue through the month of July.

Payment Policy
Annual tuition payments may be paid in full or over 11 monthly payments. (August 1st - June 1st). Invoices are sent through Curacubby (see enrollment agreement for terms) on the 23rd of the month and are due no later than the first of the month. We also accept tuition payments via checks. If an accommodation is needed, please speak to the Director.
ADMISSION AND DIS-ENROLLMENT POLICY
In order to be admitted into our school, parents/guardians must fill out an online application form and provide us with the child’s immunization records/Medical Exemption Form. There is a non-refundable deposit fee of $387.00 to reserve your child’s space. Upon Acceptance, payment shall be submitted with a signed Enrollment Agreement with a check payable to Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School. If your check is returned, you will be charged a fee of $30. If a second check is returned, we will no longer accept personal checks. If you would like to leave the school, we request one-month advance notice in writing.
Parents are obligated to pay the tuition whether they are sick, on vacation or absent for any reason. Any payments received after the 3rd day of the month will be charged a late fee of $30.00 dollars.
DEPOSIT, SUPPLY FEES & FIELD TRIP FEES
A Non-Refundable Deposit Fee of $387 is required to enroll each child. Supply fees vary based on grade and are due at the initial enrollment time and each year during re-enrollment. In addition, field trip fees for the grades students will vary based upon activities.
SNACKS & HOT LUNCH
Students will also have the option to participate in our snack and lunch program for an additional fee.
LATE PAYMENTS
All payments are due on the first of the month. Any payments received after the 3rd day of the month will be charged a late fee of $30.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS
A charge of $30 shall be added for each check or bank debit transaction returned for non-sufficient funds.
PAYMENT DEFAULT
Most parents/guardians pay promptly, but occasionally, either as a result of oversight or financial circumstances, families may fail to meet their obligation to Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School in a timely manner. Please call the Director before you default on a payment to explain the circumstances and to discuss when the account will be brought up to date. The Director will try to arrange an acceptable payment plan, but cannot make an assurance of its ability to accept late payment.
REFUND POLICY
Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School does not provide refunds.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School provides a sibling discount of 15% percent. The Sibling discount is only applied if one child is five days a week or at director's discretion.
