(This program is for children older than 2.5 years old and younger than 4.0 years in June.)
The Hummingbirds’ Collaborative School preschool program creates a holistic environment through imitation, repetition and strengthening the “DO-ing intelligence” through healthy movement, creative daily rhythm and experiential learning. These aspects of the curriculum stimulate the child’s multiple intelligences into wholeness.
The preschool child is learning individualization through play, separation, their physical body, their senses, healthy defiance, ability for expression and the willingness to master an activity.
Social Intelligence is encouraged by the cause and effect aspect of actions and words.

To support the needs of our community and working families, we include morning care and aftercare in our tuition at no extra charge. Our all day program, including morning care and aftercare, is from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If you wish to not have your child stay for the full day you may drop your child off by 8:30 a.m. and pick them up after 2 p.m. See our tuition rates.
